When you have done all you can but your patient’s condition has transitioned from the possibility of stabilization and recovery to end-of-life issues, the services of Hospice of St. Francis are available to you, your patient and family members.
Many patients come to us through the recommendations of their physicians or other health care providers. If you have not had experience with Hospice of St. Francis, we invite you or a member of your office staff to contact us. We will help you in any way we can. No person shall be refused services because of age, race, sex, color, national origin, handicap or ability to pay. We continue to provide services as long as the patient needs and wants hospice care, regardless of their financial resources. |
