Hospice of St. Francis will be offering Caregiving Education and Resource classes for current and future caregivers, their family and friend helpers.
All classes were developed nationally in response to the issues caregivers, themselves, identified. Each class focuses on different issues a caregiver will face. Hospice of St. Francis’ programs and training classes are offered free of charge to Brevard County residents.
February 2017 classes will be held at:
* Indian River City United Methodist Church, 1355 Cheney Hwy, Titusville 32780. Mondays and Thursdays from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. starting February 6 and concluding February 23, 2017.
* Brevard Alzheimer’s Foundation, 4676 N. Wickham Rd., Melbourne 32935 from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 7; Friday, February 10; Tuesday, February 14; Friday, February 17; Monday, February 20 and Friday, February 24, 2017.
* Autumn House, 7999 Spyglass Hill Rd, Melbourne 32940. Mondays and Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. starting February 13 and concluding March 2, 2017.
* Sunflower House, Merritt Square Mall, Merritt Island. Mondays and Thursdays from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. starting February 27 and concluding March 16, 2017.
