Patients are accepted into hospice care when they have a documented life-limiting illness, which in the normal progression of the disease would have a prognosis of six months or less. But more often than not, it is not that clear cut.
At Hospice of St. Francis we are ready to help. We understand the stress you are feeling right now. But we also need to let you know, it’s all right. It’s all right to ask an expert for help. It takes courage to have a conversation about end of life choices for a loved one. If you have questions about how Hospice of St. Francis might be able to help, we invite you to call. We want you to know, any question you have is a good question.
